I attended Emmy's "Spirituality for Beginners" GEMinar. I am no stranger to spirituality in theory as I have studied it from the lens of Buddhism during my time at university. Nonetheless, I have never attended a presentation on spirituality with a focus on the practice rather than the theory. Emmy was inspiring with her easy to understand yet highly insightful GEMinar.
